“Hand-washed the exterior of the two-story house - not power-wash -- in order to protect the finish of the aluminum siding. Also hand- washed pergola over patio. After washing the house, they washed all 20+ outside windows... crystal clean. Also cleaned all wall-to-wall carpets and area rug over hardwood floor. Moved all necessary furniture to assure thorough cleaning. Loaned fans to help speed the drying of the carpets. Cleaned carpet and upholstery was great. Business owner was on-site. They provide a number of other services as well, so I was very happy that they could powerwash the house and patio at the same visit. The crew was very careful inside (protecting floors and carpets, and weraring booties), and the outside powerwashing had a great result given all the mildew on the north side of the house and patio. “I received a very friendly visit from Walt himself regarding the cleaning of our 25 windows and screens, the majority of which were standard size but also including a kitchen slider, a bay window and 4 very wide windows. The estimate for that work was $250 for the window cleaning and $100 for the screens. Then I asked him for his opinion on a cleaning technique for our concrete floor in our unfinished basement and our garage concrete floor, both of which seemed to be coated with some type of filmy dust. He suggested a wet vac type procedure using an orange-based Eco-friendly disinfectant. The estimate for the floors was $200 total. Therefore the total cost was $550. It was easy and quick to establish a date for the work to be performed. He had suggested that I complete landscaping and pressure washing work (work that I had already scheduled separately with other contractors) before his team did the window washing, so we scheduled the services about 3 weeks after my initial estimate. Walt and sons arrived promptly and worked earnestly and were done within about 4 hours. The windows were absolutely spotless and exceeded my expectations--it is amazing to see so clearly outside clean windows! The basement and garage work also went well. They had no problems moving boxes and small items in order to clear the area for the wet cleaning procedure. We were very happy that we saw no evidence of any remaining dust film and are no longer tracking dust into our home or dirtying our socks when we walk around inside. The service was well worth the money. I am uncertain how my husband and I would have been able to address the cleaning of the floors and windows ourselves. While he was up on his ladder, Walt even replaced 2 spotlights up in our two-story atrium and cleaned our foyer chandelier. His focus on customer service was very good. This was money very well spent. If you have a cleaning need in your home, we would definitely recommend that you contact Allied to find a solution.”
